I'm Rhea Deyo and I’ve been working in IT for over 25 years. Along the way, I’ve built up a solid mix of experience in process improvement, project management, web design, marketing, and communication. Our history
Over the years, I’ve seen so many small businesses with amazing potential struggle to get off the ground—not because they lacked great ideas or talent, but because they didn’t have the right support in place.
Most Owner/Operators are experts in their craft, but things like business planning, logo design, or building a website can feel overwhelming. And when you're just starting out, hiring a full-time Office Manager or a team of specialists often isn’t in the budget.
That’s why I started Smart Start Consulting in early 2025—to give small business owners access to the tools, guidance, and support they need to launch and grow, all in an affordable and approachable way.
